Ferdi is a technologist and entrepreneur with a background in start-ups, finance and audio engineering.

Before joining Moth, Ferdi worked at Quantinuum, the world's largest independent quantum computing company, following several years of working in early stage ventures. At university, Ferdi founded a company that build specialist audio signal processing equipment.

Harry leads the creative division of the company, ensuring that quantum is present, accessible and utilised within the creative industries and artistic communities. He oversees strategy and manages partnerships and collaborations with other cultural stakeholders, such as artists, creative directors, cultural institutions and creative industries companies.

Before joining Moth, Harry founded a gallery in London, worked in early stage start-ups and advised on projects related to quantum, art and music.

Eduardo is a composer, computer scientist and Professor of Computer Music at the University of Plymouth. Eduardo worked as a research scientist for Sony CSL before moving to the University of Plymouth to create the Interdisciplinary Centre for Computer Music Research.

Eduardo is world-renowned for his work in brain-computer interfacing and for pioneering quantum computer music. He has composed for the BBC Concert Orchestra and London Sinfonietta,and his opera, Lampedusa, exploring the theme of many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics, was premiered by BBC Singers in 2019. His latest book, Quantum Computer Music, was published in 2022 by Springer.

Marco Stegmaier has held business senior positions through Barons Capital Partners, TRX, UBS, and Credit Suisse. Marco previously managed the expansion and business development efforts into APAC of SAFEmine, a mining technology and safety company, from offices in Switzerland and Brisbane, Australia. Marco is also a successful entrepreneur, having co-founded Lakeside Pictures, a film production company, and GM Gastronomic Group, a consulting and service provider in the gastronomic industry

Sean is a Partner and Co-Founder of Serendipity Capital, which was established in late 2019. Serendipity Capital invests in companies that enhance and secure the critical technologies and infrastructure of tomorrow. It is focused on disruptive thematics including AI and ML, climate and sustainability, quantum technologies and security.

Sean leads the investments team and works closely with a number of Serendipity’s portfolio companies Before co-founding Serendipity, Sean spent nearly 20 years operating and investing primarily in the financial services industry.

Elvira Shishenina leads Quantum Computing research and applications in BMW Group, exploring the promising use cases across the automotive industry and the Group’s activities.

She founded QuantX with her peers from Ecole Polytechnique – the alumni association devoted to QC technology. QuantX facilitates the transfer of expertise from the academic and startup environment to mature industries. Elvira has an Applied Mathematics and Computational Physics background with Master degrees from ´Ecole Polytechnique and Novosibirsk State University.
